1. SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY
if the product is in stock we take 4-5 days for delivery time within India and it takes about 10-14 days International delivery varies depending on the country.
a. We offer Free Shipping and Gift Packing in India for the jewellery ordered on the Website.
b. Shipping of the product shall be done through our courier partner Blue Dart, UPS or any other courier service provider.
c. We provide durable and exclusive tamper-proof packing and deliver it in an exclusive company labeled box. Delivery dates may differ for different products. At the time of placing the order & checkout, the delivery timeline would be clearly mentioned.
d. The Company/Website reserves the right to release information about the user or their order to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if required by the law or if authorized by a Court.
2. EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We offer a 7-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must record a 360-degree unboxing video showing the product’s condition and any damage, if applicable.
- The product must not be worn or used before returning.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging.
International Orders: Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside India.
